Why I’m Offering a Founders Rate (And Why It’s So Cheap) #
My Scale Plan is designed to help established Idaho service businesses do three things:

Normally, this is my top-tier plan and is priced accordingly.
For a short window, I’m offering a Founders Rate at $100/month for the first year because I want to:

- Build real case studies, testimonials, and before/after stories that I can point future clients to
In other words, the discount isn’t because the plan is “cheap.”

- Automate simple follow-ups so opportunities don’t slip through the cracks
Instead of juggling texts, emails, and sticky notes, you get a single hub to manage everything.
3. AI Employee (Your 24/7 Digital Front Desk) #
This is where things get fun.
Your AI employee is set up to:
- Answer calls when you can’t
- Collect the key info you need (name, service, timing, etc.)
- Help book appointments or route requests to you
- Respond to texts for new and existing leads within clear rules
Think of it as a smart front desk and assistant that helps you stop losing work to missed calls and slow replies—without hiring another full-time person.
Note: Phone minutes, SMS, and AI usage are billed separately as “consumables.” These are usage-based costs (e.g., per call/text/minute). We’ll go over realistic expectations on our call before you start.
How the Founders Rate Scale Plan Works #
I’m keeping the process simple and hands-on.
Step 1 – Apply #
You fill out a short application with:
- Your business info
- What you do and where you operate
- Rough monthly revenue and lead volume
- Why you’re interested in the Scale Plan at the founders rate
This helps me see if you’re a good fit and if I can realistically help.
Step 2 – Quick Fit Call #
If your application looks like a match, we’ll hop on a short call to:
- Clarify what you’re struggling with today
- Talk through how the website, Operations Hub, and AI employee would fit your business
- Answer any big questions you have
- Go over key details like consumable costs and expectations
If it’s not a fit, I’ll let you know and (where I can) point you in a better direction.
Step 3 – Onboarding & Setup #
Once approved:
- We’ll collect assets (logo, photos, service info, etc.)
- I’ll map out what your 5-page site should look like
- We’ll configure Operations Hub for your basic pipeline
- We’ll outline how your AI employee should handle calls and messages
You’ll know what’s happening and what to expect at each step.
Step 4 – Launch & Iterate #
We launch everything and watch how real leads and customers interact with your new setup.
From there, we:
- Make adjustments based on what we see
- Refine how the AI answers, routes, and books
- Look at early signals like call volume, missed calls caught, and leads coming through the site
This is where your experience and feedback become incredibly valuable.
Guardrails, Terms, and Scarcity #

The $100/month price applies to your first 12 months on the Scale Plan. After that, you can choose to continue on my regular pricing (with a preferred rate as a loyal early adopter) or we can plan a clean offboarding. - Usage-based costs are separate
Phone minutes, texts, and AI usage are not included in the $100. Those are billed separately based on your actual usage. We’ll walk through this clearly before you commit. - Application-based

“Do I need to be tech-savvy to use this?” #
No. I handle the technical setup.
You’ll get simple, practical instructions for anything you need to touch, and we’ll cover this during onboarding and our check-ins.
“What do I pay beyond the $100/month?” #
The $100/month covers:
- Your 5-page website build and hosting
- Access to Operations Hub
- Setup and configuration of your AI employee
Not included: usage-based “consumables” like phone minutes, texts, and AI model usage. Those are billed separately and scale with your actual call/text volume. On our call, I’ll give you realistic expectations based on your situation.
“What if I’m not sure I’m a good fit?” #

If I review your info and don’t think this plan makes sense for you, I’ll tell you that and, where possible, suggest a better alternative instead of forcing a fit.
“What if I cancel before the first year is up?” #
If you are accepted and decide to cancel partially through the first year you’ll be offboarded. You won’t get to keep any of the products we created for your business .
