FILE 02 — CUSTOM WEBSITES SERVICE / LAUNCHPAD

Made to stand out. Not to blend in.

The brief

Every site we build is a one-of-one, custom to the client. If you want a website that looks like a copy-paste of your industry, we aren't the right agency for you.

§ 02 / HOW WE BUILD

Five things we believe
about your website.

These aren't marketing copy. They're the rules we use when deciding what to ship and what to send back.

01

No templates. Ever.

We don't start from a Webflow library, a WordPress theme, or anyone else's homepage. Every site begins on a blank page with a real conversation about your business.

If you can find another site on the internet that looks like yours, we did it wrong.

02

Built for your brand, not your industry.

Most agencies build by category — "plumber site," "law firm site," "restaurant site" — then swap your logo in. We build for you: your story, your voice, your customers, your edge.

Industry conventions are a starting point, not a finish line.

03

We start with the brief, not the page builder.

Before a single pixel gets placed, we figure out what the site has to do — who it's for, what it has to make happen, and what makes you different from the four competitors on the same Google page.

Strategy first. Pretty second. Both, always.

04

Industry standard is a low bar.

"Industry standard" is a polite way of saying average. We assume your customers can tell when you've phoned it in — and we assume the bare minimum is exactly what your competitors are doing.

We aim for the version of your site that makes the rest of your industry look dated.

05

You own everything on day one.

Custom doesn't mean handcuffed. Your domain, your code, your content, your CMS login — yours. No platform lock-in, no "we'll need to rebuild it if you leave," no rentier games.

If you ever fire us, you walk out with the whole thing.

§ 03 / WHAT YOU GET

The whole thing,
handed over.

A website is a system, not a deliverable. Here's everything that ships, plugged in, and signed over to you on launch day.

A one-of-one design

Drawn for your brand from a blank page. Not a theme, not a preset, not "inspired by" the third result on Dribbble.

Custom-coded build

Hand-built front-end. Fast page loads, no plugin bloat, no template parade of unused features.

Fully responsive

Pixel-considered on mobile, tablet, and desktop — not just "scaled down."

SEO foundation

Schema, meta, sitemap, fast Core Web Vitals. Set up so Google can actually find and rank you.

Lead capture wired in

Forms that route to your inbox, your CRM, or our Operations Hub. No leads lost to a contact page nobody monitors.

Analytics + heatmaps

You see what your visitors do, not just how many showed up. Real insight, not vanity metrics.

CMS you can actually use

Edit your own copy without calling us. We train you in 30 minutes; the rest is plain English.

Hosting + SSL handled

We set it up on infrastructure you own. Move it any time, no migration ransom.

Source code, yours

Full repo handed over on day one. If we ever part ways, you keep everything we built.

§ 04 / READ THIS BEFORE YOU REACH OUT WARNING · OPINIONATED

This is not the agency for you if —

— 01 —
You want it to look "like the other guys, but mine."
— 02 —
You're chasing the cheapest possible site and price is the only metric.
— 03 —
You want to send us a Squarespace template to copy.
— 04 —
"Industry standard" sounds like a compliment to you.
— 05 —
You don't believe how you present yourself moves the needle.

If any of those is you, no hard feelings. We'd rather say it now than three weeks into a project we're both miserable on.

If none of those is you → talk to us
§ 06 / FAQ

Questions we
actually get.

Real answers, in plain English. If you don't see yours here, the audit call is free.

01 / Why is the starting price so low? +
Because the entry-level Launchpad is built for service businesses launching their first real site, not for enterprises. $499 is the floor, not the ceiling — most engagements fall between $1.5k and $5k once we scope what you actually need. The $499 site is still custom, still yours, still no templates.
02 / Custom-coded — does that mean I can't edit my own site? +
Nope, opposite. Every site ships with a CMS wired up so you can edit copy, swap photos, and add pages without touching code. Custom means we built it for you instead of stamping a theme — it doesn't mean you're stuck calling us to change a phone number.
03 / What do you mean by 'no templates'? +
Exactly that. We don't start from a Webflow library, a WordPress theme, an Elementor preset, or anyone else's homepage. Every layout is drawn from your brief. If a competitor of yours could plausibly have the same site, we did it wrong.
04 / Seven days. Really? +
Yes — once the brief is signed and assets are in. Day 1 is a 60-minute call; Day 7 is a live site. The catch: you have to show up to the call, send us your photos and copy notes within 48 hours, and trust the process. Most delays come from clients ghosting their own project, not from us.
05 / What if I hate the first direction? +
You won't, but if you do, we go back to the brief — not back to the moodboard. We'll figure out which assumption was off (audience, voice, market position) and redraw from there. One opinionated direction is a feature, not a bug; three watered-down options is how mediocre sites get made.
06 / Do I have to be in Idaho? +
No. We're based in Twin Falls but most of our work is remote-first. We've shipped custom sites in 3 US states and 3 countries. Anywhere with reliable video and reliable email works.
07 / What happens after launch? +
You own the site. You can hire someone else to maintain it, do it yourself, or keep us on for ongoing work. We offer optional Care plans (updates, content, performance monitoring) but they're not required. No lock-in, no hostage situation.
§ 07 / NEXT STEP

One conversation from a website your industry hasn't seen yet.

Free 45-minute audit. We'll look at your current site, your brand, and your category — and tell you straight whether a custom build is worth your money.
